Job Description
We are seeking a passionate medical professional who can be part of our Occupational Health team in Santiago, Chile. As the occupational doctor, you will have the opportunity to work onsite at one of our manufacturing facilities and support multiple business units through health services such as vaccination programs, routine check-ups, medical advice, and more!

Responsibilities:
• Deliver medical care for injuries or illnesses occurring on the job.
• Work closely with management to implement effective disaster preparedness and emergency response plans.
• Provide advice regarding employee health and safety issues, hazard recognition, and risk assessment.
• Conduct audits and investigations related to health and safety matters
• Analyze data and provide reports on medical program delivery, productivity, absenteeism, and present findings to leadership.
• Participate in the design and implementation of health and safety training programs.
• Support the development of guidelines and procedures relating to medical aspects of emergencies and major accidents.
• Manage the day-to-day operation of an occupational health unit.
• Supervise staff and ensure all operations adhere to relevant regulations and codes of conduct.
Job Qualifications
Job Qualification:
General physician with title and professional license
Desirable: specialty and / or master's degree in Occupational Health, Risk Prevention, Administration in Health Services or related postgraduate programs.
0-2 year of demonstrable experience in positions related to the position.

Registered at Registro Nacional de Prestadores de Salud
Key Skills:
Ability to generate reports with epidemiological and statistical basis.
Confidential handling of information
Skills in the management of behavioral factors associated with the workplace.
Management of Office and Outlook programs
Intermediate English
This role requires someone who is empathetic, detail oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
This role will require the person to work 3 days at our plant (Located in Macul) and two days in our office (Located in Las Condes)
