Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate suppliers to meet company procurement needs.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies.
Monitor and track status of orders to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand and meet their purchasing requirements.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers and deliveries.
Stay updated on market trends and new procurement methods.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software.
