Internal, External & FRA Projects - Social Housing

Up to £55,000 Plus Package

Our Client, a growing construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced site manager to join their planned works divsion.

Projects that are being delivered will be internal & external planned maintenance and FRA schemes. These projects will be delivered to a mixture of high & low rise tower blocks & scattered properties.

On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:

Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives

Experience managing planned maintenance schemes

Lead the site team to the best of your ability

Manage delivery of works to specification

Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff

Pre & post inspections

Health & safety & quality checks

My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.

This is a permanent position which will offer training and development as well as good progression opportunities for the successful candidate.
