Job Description: System AdministratorJob Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.

Ensure the security and integrity of the system by implementing proper security measures and protocols.

Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software related issues.

Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

Perform regular system upgrades and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to optimize system efficiency.Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Relevant professional certification such as MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent.

Proven work experience as a System Administrator or similar role.

Strong knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and security systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in system administration.

Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.

Familiarity with cloud computing services like AWS or Azure.

Experience in system monitoring and performance tuning.Salary & Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $112,000 per year

Maximum Salary: $148,000 per year
