Role Overview

The Operations Manager – Goa will oversee the daily functioning and strategic management of the Goa retreat center. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep respect for the yoga and wellness community. The role includes managing staff, coordinating training programs, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all onsite operations including facilities, hospitality, instructors, and staff

Plan, schedule, and coordinate yoga teacher training batches, workshops, and retreats

Oversee guest relations from enrollment through post-program follow-up

Manage vendor relationships, budgeting, supplies, and local partner collaborations

Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are upheld across all spaces

Support marketing and sales initiatives for retreat promotions and course enrollments

Handle administrative tasks such as booking management, financial records, and performance reporting

Implement sustainable operational practices aligned with Rishikul Yogashala’s values

Lead team meetings, recruitment, and training of local staff

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in management, hospitality, or a related field

3+ years of operations or center management experience (preferably in hospitality, yoga, or wellness industries)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage budgets, logistics, and people efficiently

Knowledge of yoga, holistic wellness, or retreat management preferred

Proficiency in digital tools for scheduling, CRM, and reporting
