Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the prompt and efficient delivery of food orders to guests' tables and rooms
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless food service
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to guest inquiries and requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service areas
Help with food preparation and plating when necessary
Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, but not required
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
