We are currently seeking a

loving and nurturing Pre K Assistant Teacher

to work alongside our Lead Teacher in a classroom of energetic and curious 4-year-olds.

About the Role:

As an Assistant Teacher, youll support the Lead Teacher in guiding children through important developmental milestonesemotionally, socially, and cognitively. Youll help plan and implement fun, age-appropriate activities, provide comfort and consistency, and contribute to a classroom environment where children feel safe, loved, and ready to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of daily routines and learning activities

Engage children through play, conversation, and exploration

Support children in learning to express emotions and develop self-help skills

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom

Communicate positively with children, parents, and team members

Model appropriate behavior and guidance techniques

Work collaboratively with the Lead Teacher to ensure a consistent and nurturing environment

Qualifications:

Genuine love for working with children

Previous experience in childcare is a plus, but not required

Willingness to learn and grow in the early childhood field

Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Must meet state background check and health requirements
