Job Summary

We’re seeking licensed therapists in Washington to provide counseling through secure telehealth platforms. In this role, you’ll support adults and families facing everyday challenges by creating individualized treatment strategies and offering guidance in a virtual setting. Schedule & Compensation

Full-Time Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Annual Salary: $100,000 – $110,000

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and families

Build and update treatment plans based on client needs

Document services promptly and thoroughly

Collaborate remotely with peers and supervisors

Stay updated on current best practices in therapy

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy

Active Washington license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)

Two or more years of clinical therapy experience

Strong telehealth and communication skills
