Your next challenge

Plan, execute, and oversee IT solutions (apps and programs) from start to finish.

Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met.

Monitor program progress and make adjustments as needed.

Prepare and present program status reports to stakeholders.

Ensure all program deliverables adhere to IT standards and best practices.

Lead and develop team members

You’re a match

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in IT, specifically within app development for financial services, payment platforms, and digital wallets.

Experience in global companies is highly valued.

2–3 years of experience leading teams.

Advanced English level (B2–C1 equivalent).

Desirable Skills: Programming knowledge, Salesforce management, Experience in app integration with banks, Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum preferred), Budget management skills.
