Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 educational institution in Okeechobee, FL, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a contract basis. This role offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in behavior analysis to support students across various grade levels in a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to implement and monitor effective behavior strategies.

Provide training and support to educational teams on data collection and behavior management techniques.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and interventions.

Participate in team meetings to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.

Qualifications and Experience:

Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to analyze behavioral data and implement evidence-based interventions.

Understanding of school-based behavioral support systems and compliance requirements.
