Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of IR experience and required ARRT, BLS, ACLS, and state licensure.

Responsibilities

Work in an interventional radiology setting with a focus on cardiology and one other specialty area such as neuro, vascular, or general IR

Position involves operating the Siemens Artis Pheno equipment in a hybrid OR environment

Travel required between two hospital locations

Day shift schedule from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday

Call requirements to be determined based on candidate skill set

Experience with Epic EMR is preferred

Responsibilities include performing interventional radiology procedures and ensuring patient safety and comfort

Maintain accurate patient records and utilize Epic EMR when applicable

Must be willing to travel between two sites as part of routine duties

RTO (requested time off) must be built into contract and provided at time of consideration

Former employees eligible after a 6 month break; current employees ineligible for travel roles at this facility

Locals are accepted at the same rate as travelers

Fingerprinting is required to be completed promptly upon contract signing due to state compliance urgency

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology

Current BLS, ACLS, ARRT certification, and state license required

Proficiency with Siemens Artis Pheno, fluoroscopy, and hybrid OR procedures

Must be able to perform cardiology and at least one of neuro, vascular, or general IR

References required include two professional references, with at least one from a managerial or formal leadership role

License required if applicable
