Billing Assistant
Prepare, process, and maintain billing records and documentation
Enter vendor invoices and billing data into the system
Partner with project managers to ensure accurate billing information
Respond to client inquiries, resolve billing issues, and track payment discrepancies
Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED for the Billing Assistant:
The Billing Assistant should have knowledge of billing procedures.
Working knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics, and databases.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and problem-solving skills.
Strong general software skills. Strong organizational skills.
Ability to function effectively and cooperatively as a member of a team and work independently
Ability to stay organized and make the necessary amount of collections communications. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE Billing Assistant:
High School Diploma is required at a minimum.
Associate Degree in Finance or Business or equivalent relevant training and experience preferred.
1-2 years experience in accounting, AP, or billing
