About The Position
We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Practice Physician for a locum tenens assignment in Ohio. This opportunity begins Nov 5, 2025, and spans a 2-day contract, with shifts scheduled on Nov 5 from 12pm-4pm and Nov 6 from 8am-12pm. The physician will join a team conducting firefighter physicals, including vision and hearing screenings, EKGs, and hands-on examinations. Candidates with firefighter physical experience are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties
Perform firefighter physical examinations
Conduct vision screenings, color blindness testing, and pupil reaction assessments
Evaluate patients' peripheral vision
Administer hearing tests
Perform hands-on physical assessments and EKGs
Additional Information
Ohio medical license required
Board Certification in Family Medicine or Occupational Medicine required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
Firefighter physical experience strongly preferred
No CDL/DOT examinations required
