Who we are

Polypipe Civils and Green Urbanisation, part of the Genuit Group, are a leading manufacturer for civils and infrastructure projects, with the industry’s widest range of engineered storm water & sewer management systems, Network and Green asset Solutions.

About the Programme

This isn’t just a graduate scheme — it’s your launchpad into a career in engineering project management. You’ll be right at the heart of live projects, helping to plan, coordinate, and deliver key infrastructure and engineering improvements across our site.

Whether it’s supporting the installation of new production lines, contributing to factory expansions, or managing site upgrades, you’ll gain hands-on experience that makes a real impact. Working alongside experienced project managers, engineers, and contractors, you’ll learn how to keep projects on track — on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. It’s a fast-paced, practical role where you’ll build the skills and confidence to lead projects of your own.

Why Sustainability Matters

Sustainability isn’t a buzzword for us — it’s built into everything we do. From carbon reduction initiatives to community-focused projects, you’ll be part of a team that’s rethinking how buildings are made, used, and maintained. You’ll work on real-world challenges that matter, with the chance to leave a lasting impact.

What’s in it for you?

Project management experience across diverse engineering initiatives, from concept to completion.

Skills in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.

Exposure to contractor management, health & safety compliance, and technical documentation.

Mentorship from experienced project managers and engineers.

Opportunities to contribute to sustainability and innovation, including projects linked to our on-site recycling operations.

A structured development plan with clear progression into project engineering, operations, or site management roles.

Who We’re Looking For

A recent or upcoming graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related disciplines) or Project Management with a technical focus.

Someone with a practical mindset and a genuine interest in how things are built, installed, and improved.

Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external contractors.

A proactive problem-solver who’s eager to learn and take ownership of tasks.

Comfortable working on-site and getting involved in the day-to-day realities of engineering project delivery.
