Qualifications - Needed
Minimum 2+ years of direct sales or industrial sales experience
Strong background in B2B prospecting, territory development, and solution selling
Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and close high-value deals
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to travel 35-45% within assigned territory
High level of ambition, integrity, and self-motivation with team-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Develop new business while expanding existing customer relationships within assigned territory
Penetrate industrial accounts and build strong relationships with safety, facility, and engineering decision-makers
Conduct plant visits, evaluate safety needs, and present customized solutions using value-based selling
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and quoting to closing and post-sale support
Prepare accurate pricing quotes based on on-site measurements and evaluations
Represent the company at local and national trade shows to generate new leads
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects from proposal to installation
Maintain and update CRM with all customer and pipeline activity
