As their business continues to expand, they're looking for a dedicated SME Account Handler to join their friendly and professional team.

The Role:
As an SME Account Handler, you'll be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of small to medium-sized commercial clients, delivering efficient, high-quality service and ensuring all insurance needs are met promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, and day-to-day client queries
Preparing and issuing policy documentation accurately and on time
Liaising with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and cover options
Supporting Account Executives on new business activity
Maintaining compliance and accurate client records within internal systems
Providing excellent customer service to build lasting client relationships
What You'll Need:
Previous experience in a commercial insurance handling role (broker or insurer side)
Good working knowledge of key SME products such as property, liability, and combined packages
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
Experience using Acturis is advantageous
Cert CII qualification or working towards (supported if not yet achieved)
