We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Launch Manager to oversee the successful introduction and integration of new automotive electronic products into the market. This key role requires an individual with a deep understanding of automotive manufacturing, project management, and cross-functional coordination. As the Launch Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our new products are launched efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Product Launches: Manage the end-to-end launch and industrialization process of new automotive electronic products, ensuring timely execution and coordination across all departments (engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, etc.).
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including R&D, engineering, operations, and marketing, to align product launch strategies and deliverables.
Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed launch schedules, timelines, and milestones. Proactively manage risks and resolve issues to ensure that product launches are delivered on schedule.
Supply Chain & Manufacturing Support: Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure that all required materials and components are available and that production processes are optimized for efficiency and quality.
Customer Communication: Ensure seamless communication with customers regarding launch timelines, expectations, and product specifications. Address customer concerns and support troubleshooting efforts post-launch.
Quality Control: Oversee the quality control processes and ensure that all product launches meet or exceed the company’s high standards for performance and reliability.
Sustainability and Compliance: Ensure together with program management that all launches adhere to environmental and regulatory requirements, with a focus on sustainability in line with the company’s core values
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the launch process to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve overall product launch success.
Change Management: effectively manage changes to product and process during launch phase ensuring cost, quality, and time targets are met.
Cost Management:
Manage and monitor product launch costs, budget, and financial status in collaboration with program management. Plan and execute continuous improvement activities to enhance safety, quality, and profitability.
