Lead Forklift Operator

Location: Groveport, OH

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $22-$23/hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:

We're seeking a skilled Lead Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations at our 2300 facility. This role works closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and a small 3-person team to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate handling of materials.

Responsibilities:

Operate Crown Stand-Up and Sit-Down Electric Forklifts safely and efficiently

Handle bagged product with care to prevent damage

Use RF Scan Gun for inventory tracking and product movement

Lead and assist the warehouse team in daily tasks and priorities

Support the Warehouse Supervisor with workflow coordination and task delegation

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Lead in a warehouse or logistics environment

Skilled in both Crown Stand-Up and Sit-Down Electric Forklifts

Recent leadership experience required

RF Scan Gun experience required

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle fragile materials Job Requirements:
