What You'll Be Doing: Lead and support engineering projects focused on reliability, equipment installation, and innovation.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and reliability strategies to improve safety, quality, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Oversee daily maintenance operations and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
Manage spare parts inventory to support uptime and minimize any delays.
Coach and develop high-performing teams in preventative maintenance and facilities management.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures.
Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, contractors, and client teams on equipment upgrades and installations.
Manage CAPEX planning and execution while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, and internal standards through documentation and audits.
What We Need from You: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
10+ years in Engineering/Maintenance, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments (cosmetics or pharma preferred). Expertise in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, GMP, and OSHA standards.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
Ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively across all levels.
Comfortable reading blueprints and technical manuals; experienced with high-speed filling and packaging systems.
Our Working Environment: Partially climate-controlled manufacturing floor with moderate to loud noise levels.
Physical activity includes lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and operating around motorized equipment.
PPE required when working on machines or in production areas.
