Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and overall performance of the community

Lead, support, and develop leasing and maintenance teams

Ensure timely rent collection and accurate financial reporting

Implement and manage marketing, leasing, and resident retention strategies

Plan and manage the annual budget and expenses

Maintain strong resident relations and resolve resident concerns

Oversee unit turns, move-outs, evictions, and inspections

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and property regulations

What We're Looking For

1+ year of on-site Property Management experience

Proficiency in software such as Yardi, OneSite, or BlueMoon

Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws

Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

Dependable transportation and punctual work ethic

A customer-first mindset and a passion for team success
