What You'll Be Doing

Run the show for all things accounting - budgets, reports, forecasts, audits, you name it.

Be the go-to financial partner for our plant leadership team.

Keep costs in check and processes running smoothly.

Lead AR/AP and make sure everything adds up (literally).

Mentor your team and help us keep improving how we do things.

What You'll Bring

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or something close (CPA/MBA = bonus points).

5+ years in a finance or accounting leadership role, ideally in manufacturing.

You're an Excel wizard and know your way around ERP systems.

You think in numbers but speak human - great communicator, team player, problem-solver.
