EVS Supervisor (2nd shift)

The Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Environmental Services department to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This role provides leadership to EVS staff, ensures compliance with infection control and safety standards, manages departmental resources, and supports a culture of service excellence in alignment with CommonSpirit Health's mission and values.

• Lead and manage the Environmental Services team to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance.

• Ensure compliance with infection control standards and regulatory requirements.

• Manage departmental budgets, supplies, and equipment needs.

• Collaborate with other departments to support patient safety and facility cleanliness.

• Drive continuous improvement through audits, inspections, and performance metrics.

• Promote a culture of safety, engagement, and service excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in Environmental Services (EVS), preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, with responsibility for leading a team.

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

• Familiarity with infection control protocols and regulatory requirements is a plus.
