Summary

As an Intake / QA Specialist, you'll help people access workforce development programs by guiding them through applications, checking eligibility, and making sure records are accurate and complete. You'll also support outreach and recruitment efforts to connect more people with our services.

What You'll Do

Essential Functions:

Help participants complete applications and collect documents for eligibility.

Review files and records to ensure everything meets compliance and quality standards.

Support your team with file and system reviews.

Keep track of referrals, active cases, and follow-ups using spreadsheets; prepare monthly enrollment reports.

Enter client data and upload documents to our case management system.

Educate participants and referral partners about how to access our services; respond to questions in person, by phone, or electronically.

Take part in outreach and recruitment events to engage new participants.

Ancillary Functions:

Collect satisfaction surveys.

Manage internal referrals from other departments.

Pitch in with other duties as needed.

What You'll Need

Education & Experience:

1-3 years' experience with online data entry systems.

1-4 years' experience working with youth and/or adults.

CPR and First Aid certification, plus crisis intervention training.

Valid Ohio driver's license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Certifications related to workforce development are a plus.

Skills & Abilities:

Good at managing processes for maximum impact.

Excellent customer service and client support.

Clear verbal and written communication.

Work Environment

Typical office setting with moderate noise.

Must be able to sit for long periods and use a computer.

Occasionally lift and carry up to 10 pounds.

Regular attendance is essential.
