Sr Manager - Client Services
Position Summary
The Client Services Team develops, executes, and delivers a wide range of Temporary Corrugated Displays, Semi Permanent Injection Molded, and Fiberboard Displays as well as POP and POS promotional items, and Label production for Spirits and Beverage Brands, working closely with the Sales and Account Coordinator teams, Design Teams, and Production Teams. In this role, the Senior Client Services Manager will oversee both the Account Project Management Teams and the Production Project Management Teams. Partner with business development and Design to act as a Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help build resilient solutions that will enhance our clients' experience.
Essential Functions
The Senior Client Services Manager is a key member, tasked with ensuring client satisfaction and achieving profitability targets. In this client-facing role, you will have strong service orientation and excellent communication and program management skills, while working in a highly dynamic environment.
There are two teams to oversee. The first team is the Account Project Coordinators. This staff supports the Sales Team in cultivating strong customer relationships that contribute to long-term growth and expanded sales opportunities within established client accounts. The APC works closely with the Implementation Project Coordinator (IPC) to ensure successful completion of customer orders and provide consistent customer satisfaction with Middlestreet Graphics & Display.
The Second team that is managed Implementation Project Coordinators (IPC). This team is responsible to ensure successful completion of customer orders for Middlestreet Graphics & Display. The group oversees all Order Processing activities such as Creating Job Tickets, Entering Shipping Information, Procuring hardware and shipping supplies, Issuing POs, Monitoring Print Production/Kit Packing/Shipping, Order Tracking, and Providing Feedback and Order Updates for customers. This person is integral to ensuring projects ship on time and on budget, meet MGD's quality standards, and exceed our clients' expectations.
Education Level
BS (four-year college): or Work Equivalent
Experience
10 plus years of experience in B2B Customer Service
4 years Management Experience
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint)
Experience with Management Information Systems is a plus
Other Requirements
Knowledge of the Printing/Packaging Industry is a plus
Graphic Design knowledge is a plus
Experience in service supply chain operations
