A rare opportunity exists for a degree-qualified Early Childhood Teacher to lead an approved kindergarten program in a warm, collaborative environment. The kindergarten program operates in a dedicated building with its own building and corresponding outdoor play space, designed to encourage sustainability, mindfulness, and community connection.

Your work environment

You will join an over-ratio teaching team of passionate educators who uphold professional standards and share a deep commitment to children's agency and voice. Programs are guided by EYLF v2.0, QKLG, and the National Quality Standard, with strong emphasis on reflection, documentation, and continuous improvement.

What you bring

ACECQA-approved early childhood teaching qualification (or equivalent recognised by ACECQA)

Strong working knowledge of EYLF v2.0, QKLG, and NQS

Skill in developing, documenting, and evaluating high-quality learning programs

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative leadership approach

Passion for inquiry-based and reflective pedagogy
