HR Officer - Burgersfort

Minimum requirements:

National Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field

Minimum of 5 years experience in an HR Officer / HR Generalist role or similar, preferably within the fruit packing industry

Experience coordinating the CSR and CSI projects and coordinating mobile clinics for employees

Experience with implementing and communicate HR policies and procedures to all employees

Experience with collecting, analyse and compile Employment Equity Statistics for Employment Equity Reporting

Experience with preparing and lead HR legislative and compliance audits

Own Transport and valid Driver's License
