Production Supervisor

**Production Supervisor- Nights**

**Pay: $30-$35hr (Depends on experience)**

Direct Hire

**Responsibilities**

+ Oversee and manage the operation of equipment that produces various plastic/film products.

+ Ensure proper operation of blowing film equipment.

+ Supervise the running of machines and perform basic troubleshooting, including safely shutting down machines when needed.

+ Train and mentor team members, including forklift operation training.

+ Handle the production process for specific products such as coloscopy bags and plastic films for mailing.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience as a production supervisor or in a lead role (Preferably experience in a plastic facility).

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in plastics manufacturing.

+ Knowledge of supervision, safety, production management, and production supervision.

+ Familiarity with lean manufacturing and process improvement.

+ Supervisory and management skills.

+ Understanding of ISO standards, manufacturing operations, and processes including blow mold, extrusion, and injection mold.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
