Manage costing, CAPEX, and management accounting functions for the plant
Analyse manufacturing performance and guide operational decision-making

Prepare accurate management packs and performance reports for global submission
Ensure compliance with internal controls and group financial policies
Job Experience and Skills Required:
BCom Degree or Finance Diploma essential
35 years experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, mining, or construction environment
Proven exposure to plant finance or operations-level reporting
Strong skills in costing, CAPEX control, and management accounting
Experience working with international entities or group reporting structures advantageous
Confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments
