Medical Interpreter/Translator

Location: Keystone Family Medicine – Fifth Avenue

Schedule: Full Time Monday–Friday No Weekends or Holidays

The Medical Interpreter/Translator provides both written and verbal English/Spanish interpretation and translation to ensure Spanish-speaking patients receive seamless, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate English/Spanish interpretation during patient visits

Translate written documents and patient information as needed

Assist with scheduling, billing, and patient follow-ups

Update and maintain patient charts

Support providers with interpretation needs in clinical and office settings

Perform general office duties (filing, phones, copying, scanning, etc.)

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required

Must be fluent in Spanish

Prior medical interpreting experience preferred

Healthcare office setting experience and comfort using telephones computers, and other equipment preferred

Strong teamwork and communication skills
