Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to maintaining a safe and functional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and facilities.

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Respond to service requests and address maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct preventative maintenance tasks

Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.

Assist in facility improvements and upgrades as directed.

Provide support during special projects or emergencies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to lift and carry up to 100lbs and perform physical tasks

Full-time
