Responsibilities:
Accurately input data into the database, maintaining a high level of detail
Communicate with team members to clarify ambiguous data
Track and provide regular updates on the status of data entry tasks to team members
Assist with general administrative functions during staff absences
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or HSE required
One plus years of experience in data entry and filing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
Strong data entry skills with a high accuracy rate and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Work Schedule: Part time, Tuesday - Wednesday, 10:00am - 3:00pm, Thursday, 3:00pm - 7:00pm, 14 hours per week
