Embryologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Embryologist to join a reputable healthcare group in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of embryology and IVF lab procedures, contributing to successful fertility treatments and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform IVF laboratory procedures including oocyte retrieval, fertilization, embryo culture, and cryopreservation.

- Handle ICSI, embryo grading, and blastocyst culture with precision.

- Maintain accurate records of laboratory procedures and patient data.

- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards.

- Collaborate with fertility specialists and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes.

- Participate in research, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Reproductive Science, or related field.

- Certification or training in embryology or IVF techniques preferred.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a clinical embryology setting.

- Familiarity with advanced ART techniques and lab equipment.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
