Job Description
Job Responsibility:
To lead on exploring, evaluate and conduct trial on new technologies
Work with corporate team and suppliers on new initiatives and innovation projects
Work with government agencies on any funding to implement new technologies and trials
To evaluate the performance and recommendation to scale up when proven to be effective and meet our sustainability and operation excellence objectives
To manage project executions
To lead on the evaluation of new products and upgrading of building equipment to improve Operations productivity and Building efficiencies
To work on the certification and re-certification of existing buildings to achieve ISO and Green mark or related certification
To evaluate term contracts specifications and harmonise the specifications across multiple assets classes to obtain optimal cost and work efficiencies towards an outcome base contract
Fine tune of operation manuals and upkeep guidebooks after approvals
Support Doc controller in Document controls and compliance related areas
Provide training to the Operations team
Any other new tasks assigned
Job Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Real Estate Management)
Minimum 3 years of working experience on ACMV system, building management system, knowledge of green buildings requirement and Property Management is a plus
Experience in Energy Management and Audits (ISO systems) will be an added advantage
Fluent in spoken and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task
Ability to deal with corporate stakeholders for reporting and project works
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
