Summary :
Develop and strengthen system, procedure (SOP) and control related to Purchasing function in all Business Unit in Downstream.
Lead, coordinate, monitor and ensure the implementation of the entire Purchasing function in an integrated manner throughout the Business Units in Dowsntream in accordance with applicable systems, procedures and regulations.
Conduct and ensure good coordination between all subordinates and all Business Units in Downstream and Central CPRC through regular, timely cooperation, communication, consultation and reporting mechanisms.
Job Description :
Lead and oversee the purchasing process to ensure timely, cost effective and quality procurement across the Downstream Division
Develop and implement purchasing policies, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency and compliance
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms
Monitor procurement activities, supplier performance, and ensure accurate documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to align purchasing with operational needs and available budgets
Define team KPIs, manage performance and support staff development
Ensure confidentiality of all company and financial data
Support Company goals by driving continuous improvement and profitability initiatives
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing, preferably within the FMCG industry or a related field.
Proactive in understanding the Business Unit’s operations and aligning procurement strategies with business goals.
Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
Willing to be placed at Surabaya
