About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and highly creative Creative Designer (Full Stack) to join our growing global team.
This role bridges traditional creative/graphic design and UI/UX design — ideal for someone who enjoys crafting visually engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns, while also contributing to the design of intuitive digital experiences across our website and mobile app.
You will collaborate with international teams to produce high-quality, on-brand visuals, maintain design consistency, and help evolve our global brand identity.
Responsibilities
• Design marketing and social media assets, promotional materials, and other digital or print collaterals.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for the company website and mobile app using Figma or related tools.
• Work closely with developers, marketers, and product managers to align design with business and user goals.
• Translate brand guidelines into cohesive visual systems across platforms.
• Adapt visuals for various audiences, regions, and channels.
• Contribute to the overall user experience by ensuring designs are functional, accessible, and visually engaging.
• Manage multiple design projects across time zones, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Stay updated on design trends, UX/UI best practices, and creative tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas.
Requirements
• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, or creative visual communication.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience designing for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), and/or Canva.
• Solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working with international teams or clients.
• Excellent English communication and ability to present design ideas clearly.
• Organized, self-driven, and open to feedback.
Nice to Have
• Motion graphics or basic video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Experience in branding, marketing campaign design, or digital content strategy.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS or web design systems.
