Xactimate estimating

Prepare accurate estimate for insurance carrier

Conduct site visit to assess conditions and gather information for accurate pricing

Meeting Insurance Carrier time line requirementsRequirements

Proven experience as a residential construction estimator

Valid drivers license

Pass criminal background investigation

Bi-lingual

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

Excellent organization and time-management skills
