Social Service Director

Capital City Gardens is now seeking a Social Service Director for a long-term care facility in Columbus, OH.

The Social Services Director is responsible for acting as a liaison and representative of the residents’ social interests and assisting in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services Department.

Qualifications of Social Service Director:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a human services field.

Licensure or certification as a social worker in the state of OH

At least one year of relevant experience

Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred

Excellent communication skills
