Parcel Sorter / Warehouse Operative Night Shift

Recruitment Monster are looking for night shift parcel sorters for a long standing client.

We’re after people who don’t mind hard work, late nights, and keeping things moving when most of the world’s asleep.

This is a hands-on full time temp job in a busy parcel warehouse — fast pace, proper graft, and a team that gets stuck in and helps each other out.

If you’re reliable, turn up on time, and pull your weight, you’ll be fine here.

If you’re someone who disappears when things get busy, this won’t be for you.

The Basics

Shift: 10:30pm start until finish (usually around 8:30am) – depends on parcel volume

Days: Full-time hours, some weekends when needed

Location: Nantgarw, CF15

Pay: £12.70

What You’ll Be Doing

Sorting parcels by postcode and size

Loading and unloading cages, vehicles, and conveyors

Using a hand scanner to log items correctly

Keeping your area safe, tidy, and running smoothly

What You’ll Need

Safety boots (required) and a hi-vis vest (preferable)

Previous warehouse or hand scanner experience

A good attitude, decent timekeeping, and the ability to lift up to 25kg safely

Willingness to muck in and help your team get the job done
