Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to support students in a K-12 school setting located in Dublin, OH. This position runs from the end of September through Winter break, December 19, 2025. The role provides valuable assistance by covering 3-5 days per week, helping to manage workload during staff FMLA leaves.

Responsibilities include delivering occupational therapy services to students across preschool, elementary, and possibly middle school levels. This requires collaborating with educators and support staff to implement individualized treatment plans that address students developmental, sensory, and motor needs, fostering their ability to participate fully in the school environment.

Key qualifications and desired experience:

Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Ohio

Experience providing OT services within a school or educational setting, particularly K-12

Ability to adapt therapy approaches for a range of developmental levels, from preschool through middle school

Strong communication skills to effectively work with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Flexibility to work 3 to 5 days per week as required for coverage
