Job Description
Business Manager
The Business Manager will work closely with Sales, Commercialization, Research and Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, and Finance. This is a hybrid role of customer service, project coordination, and sales support providing relationship maintenance and account management for existing customers and reports through the Director of Business Management.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Process Improvement:
Manage the day-to-day relationship with clients as well as internal stakeholders, ensuring that all deliverables are within scope and budget.
Filter inbound customer information.
Leads weekly tactical meetings with customers
Assist in the preparation and presentation of quarterly business reviews and project scope proposals.
Manage cross functional teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver customer projects and process improvement.
Provides customer service support to Directors of Business Management and other Business Managers
Has goals associated with existing customer retention and the overall Business Management Group sales targets
Production Planning & Scheduling:
Collaborate with customers to develop, distribute, and track production plans and schedules.
Work with cross functional teams to address and resolve issues related to schedule changes, inbound raw materials, delivery schedules, and outbound finished goods.
Reporting & Analysis:
Measure and track account performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Gather, analyze, and monitor sales and production data to track and report on results. Assist in the sales forecasting process.
Run, distribute, and maintain reporting requirements for clients.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills required
· Highly proficient in MS Office suite
· Detail orientated and highly motivated
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Planning and organizing skills
· Working knowledge of manufacturing processes
· Supply chain and ERP systems experience is a plus
