Key responsibilities
Lead and mature planning processes across assigned OpCos, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP.
Drive capability building by engaging local teams and leading training sessions to strengthen planning competencies.
Monitor performance through KPIs and initiate actions to improve planning outcomes using a TPM approach.
Deliver sustainable planning benefits by aligning processes with business goals.
Manage stakeholder expectations and foster collaboration across functions.
Benchmark and innovate by identifying best practices from other OpCos and integrating them into local operations.
Support new deployments of OpCos into the APAC Regional Planning Hub.
Requirements:
Bachelor/ Master in Supply Chain Management or a related field
At least 5 years of job experience in Supply Chain with minimum 3 years Planning
Good organizational skills; able to prioritize and result focused and service oriented
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills and excellent in written and spoken English language
Stakeholder Management and engaging others without formal authority
Experience of working in a dynamic environment of global FMCG companies is a plus
IT literacy: Excel skills and experience working in planning tools (FuturMaster) are a plus
