ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in June 2020, and today I lead a passionate team of five. Before launching my own office, I worked at State Farm Corporate as a New Agent Specialist, where I had the opportunity to coach and support new agents as they built their businesses. That experience gave me a strong foundation for building a successful agency — one rooted in relationships, service, and community.

Insurance runs deep in my family — I’m a proud third-generation State Farm agent continuing a family legacy that started with my father. In fact, our office is located in my family’s very first home, which makes what we do here even more meaningful. I’m also a proud wife and mom of three kids, and family values shape everything about how we operate. Even our four-legged family members are part of the fun — “Dog Fridays” are a team favorite when everyone brings their pups to the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

At Janna Bidlack - State Farm Agent, we are looking for a motivated Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member who is eager to contribute to the continued success of our agency. In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers to understand their unique situations, offer coverage solutions that provide real value, and support them with excellent service throughout the process. Your enthusiasm for helping people and your focus on growth will make you a strong fit for our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prospect and connect with potential customers to expand the agency’s reach.

Provide clear explanations of insurance options, helping customers make informed decisions.

Nurture long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and customer care.

Manage customer files accurately and handle policy servicing needs. QUALIFICATIONS:

Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.

Background in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to achieve results.

Organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
