As a Loaner Car Coordinator, you are responsible for managing the loaner car fleet at the dealership. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate between customers and service advisors.
Responsibilities:
Manage loaner car reservations and availability
Ensure loaner cars are maintained and cleaned regularly
Coordinate loaner car pick-ups and returns with customers
Track mileage and fuel levels of loaner cars
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Valid driver's license
