Kent Precision Foods Group, a member of the Kent Corporation Family of Companies, has a fantastic opportunity to join their team as a Lead Operator.

This critical role will provide support for the operations departments.

Primary Duties: * Must be able to operate all equipment.

* Assist Operators as needed.

* Assist Production Supervisor in achieving TPU and production goals.

* Adhere to the production schedule.

* Oversees and participates in line operations from placement of employees to insuring and monitoring all material are available for the day's production.

* keep work station neat and orderly.

* complete all required documents and report in a timely manner.

* Maintain a good attendance record.

* Adhere to all safety practices set forth by OSHA.

* Adhere to all Good Manufacture Practice as set in the KPFG GMP.

* Perform designated clean up and sanitation.

* Keep the work area clean of trash and debris and the floor in a "swept clean" condition.

Qualifications and Skills: * Must be able to lift 50 pounds * Should be familiar with a laptop *
