Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at NT Enterprises, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, provide information about our products/services, resolve complaints efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently and accurately.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in [industry-specific experience, if any].
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
