Barry Bagels is a family owned and operated bakery and deli seeking part-time and full-time team members.

Barry Bagels is looking for dependable, friendly, and food-loving team members to join our crew! As a Crew Member, you’ll be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, assembling sandwiches, and ensuring every customer receives delicious, high-quality food made to order. You’ll work behind the counter, preparing and packaging menu items, operating a point of sale system, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients daily, including slicing meats, cheeses, and vegetables

Assemble bagel sandwiches, salads, and other menu items to order

Follow food safety and cleanliness standards at all times

Maintain a clean and organized prep area and kitchen

Restock prep stations and monitor ingredient levels

Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude

Assist with opening or closing duties as needed

Support other team members to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications

Previous food service or prep experience preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person!

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality

Friendly, team-oriented attitude

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
