About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead day-to-day bar operations in a busy, family-friendly restaurant. This hands-on leader ensures great guest service, consistent drinks, and smooth coordination with the front and back of house. The role requires a flexible schedule - nights and weekends are a must - and a commitment to leading by example in a fast-paced environment.

Deliver friendly, efficient guest service and uphold drink quality standards

Hire, train, and schedule bar staff while fostering teamwork

Manage bar opening/closing procedures and ensure compliance with regulations

Track inventory, manage vendors, and control beverage costs

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization behind the bar

Support menu updates, seasonal features, and special eventsBar Manager Qualifications:

2-4 years of bar or restaurant management experience

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails

Proficiency in POS systems and inventory control

TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent alcohol certification

Reliable, upbeat, and guest-focused approach

Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
