Your Role

Manage international finance controlling processes for designated commercial entities, ensuring alignment with the group financial guidelines and policies.

Coordinate and support financial planning process across the entities, facilitating collaboration and alignment

Regularly monitor and analyse financial and business KPIs, variances and underlying drivers, to provide timely and actionable insights

Prepare comprehensive reports and decision-making documents for management and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy in financial communications

Collaborate closely with business leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across the business and financial objectives

Actively contribute to enhance reporting and analysis processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness and support cross-departmental projects, fostering a collaborative work environment across the organization

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree and/or professional finance and accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CMA) is a plus

professional experience in financial planning & analysis, finance controlling and finance business partnering is highly desirable

Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with BI systems, data visualization tools, and SAP is preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented and proactive mindset

High level of commitment and enthusiasm for working in a diverse international environment

Excellent command of English and German, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus
