EUC Infrastructure Support Engineer – On-Site London

£300–£350 per day Inside IR35 4 Days on Site in London

Seeking an experienced EUC Infrastructure Support Engineer to deliver advanced on-site support across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms. You’ll act as the key escalation point for the Service Desk, ensuring a secure and seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

Handle escalations from the Service Desk and deliver walk-up support.

Support Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.

Manage and deploy devices using Intune, Autopilot, JAMF, and PDQ.

Troubleshoot CrowdStrike, Defender, Zscaler, and Rapid7 tools.

Maintain ITSM records and create documentation/SOPs.

Assist with device provisioning, imaging, and onboarding/offboarding.

Collaborate with IT teams to resolve recurring issues and improve services.

Provide after-hours support when required.

Requirements

3+ years’ experience in EUC / Desktop / IT Support (Level 2–3).

Strong skills in Windows 11 Enterprise and macOS.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, JAMF, PDQ.

Knowledge of endpoint security (MFA, DLP, encryption, threat detection).

Familiarity with ITSM tools (Freshservice or ServiceNow).

Desirable

ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or Apple certifications.

Experience in hybrid/global IT environments.

Understanding of Zero Trust and identity management frameworks.
