An established organization in the engineering and manufacturing sector is seeking a Junior HR Executive to support its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about HR and people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
Organize and track internal training programs.
Maintain attendance and assist with payroll preparation.
Support employee relations and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and assist with employee engagement activities.
Candidate Profile:
Degree or Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of HR experience. (Freshers may also apply)
Proficiency in MS Office. (Excel, Word, Email)
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and a positive team player.
